Every email you send is signed with a sending domain you control. Receiving servers check the signature and the published DNS records to decide whether to trust your mail, so verification comes first.

What SendFlit checks

Sending from a domain that isn’t verified returns 403.

Add a domain

1

Register the domain

The response includes the domain id and the records to publish.
2

Publish the DNS records

Add each TXT record at your DNS provider. Changes can take time to propagate.
3

Verify

Verification reads the live DNS records. Run it again if the records aren’t visible yet.

Subdomains

Use a subdomain, such as mail.yourdomain.com, to keep transactional mail separate from your main domain’s reputation. Register the subdomain as its own domain, then publish its records.
